Baptism

The Sacrament of Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit, and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from Original Sin and reborn as children of God. We become members of Christ, are incorporated into the Church and made sharers in her mission. Baptism is a priceless grace that should be conferred as soon as possible after birth.

The role of parents and godparents is important. They should be firm believers, able and ready to help the newly baptized on the road of Christian life. They participate in the development and safeguarding of the grace given at Baptism.

Baptisms are administered:
 
1st and 3rd Sundays of each month at 1:00 P.M.
